SPECIFICATIONS
Accuracy: Maximum Voltage: 500 V peak up to 0.1 µF steps, up to 10 kHz.
A: ±(0.05% + 0.5 pF)
B: ±(0.1% + 1.0 pF) Temperature Coefficient:
at 1 kHz, 23°C, no zero subtraction, measured with a 3-terminal A : <±20 ppm/°C for 0.1 µF steps and under;
connection. (Calibration at other frequencies is available, and different <-60±50 ppm/°C for 1 µF steps;
frequencies may be selected for different decades.) <±90 ppm/°C for 10 µF steps and over.
